Indoor tanning makes you look and feel good!

Health is always an important concern and although being tanned is considered to have a healthy glow, it can be very dangerous to your personal health. The sun's rays, necessary for the production of vitamin D, can also cause skin cancer and promote premature aging. Indoor tanning can involve many things. Spray-on-tans can certainly be the easiest and safest method, but also lasts the least amount of time. Lotions are also pretty easy, but the dying of the skin can sometimes be uneven or discoloured. Tanning beds take more time and give better coverage and still a lot safer then the sun, but if used improperly, cause as much damage, especially if your family has a history of skin cancer, premature aging or you have fair skin, or lots of freckles or moles.

Another great thing about indoor tanning is the convenience. Tanning outdoors can only be done on a nice clear day. You can still get a tan on cloudy or over cast day too, but it's not as much fun and takes some time. With a tanning bed, you can tan whenever you feel like it. The same with a lotion or spray on product-- You apply it when you have the time to do it.
