Sun Tanning Beds – The Debate Between Tanning Bed Salon Owners, the Government & Medical Professionals

Sun tanning beds have become popular since the late seventies, when Friedrich Wolff, a German scientist was working to discover the effect of UV rays on athletes. Noticing the tanning effect of ultraviolet rays, he developed a method of indoor tanning that has since exploded into an industry in and of itself. Many stand by the rule of moderation in use of tanning beds and are not alarmed by the warning of medical and government representatives.
